My wife and I decided to remodel our home at Lake Wildwood. It was almost a complete makeover. We had someone else paint the inside and decided to look for someone else for the outside. During the initial “walk around”, Brian was very confident and had some excellent suggestions on color. Brian and his crew were a pleasure to have working on our home, they did a fantastic job. It is a vacation home for us at the moment. When my wife came up and saw the finished product I thought she was going to cry she was so happy with the paint job. I told Brian the only thing wrong with this project is that we didn’t have him paint the inside. Thanks Brian!
I am writing to share my experience with Brian at Wall-Ace Painting.
My husband and I own a home in Lake Wildwood and, due to its age, required a number of things to be done. Brian Wallace was referred to us by a very close friend and we are so glad she did. Brian gave us a fair estimate for the work needed. As the project went along we decided to add several new jobs to Brian’s list. Not only is Brian an excellent painter for interior and exterior, he has wonderful ideas and skill sets to complete most any task presented. He did a wonderful job on our ceiling which he sanded and stained, was very good at matching difficult paint colors, came up with a terrific idea to do a faux patinated copper finish on some cabinet doors in our bonus room, rebuilt some stairs and replaced the closet doors throughout. He writes detailed invoices for time and materials and keeps up good communication with his clients.
We would highly recommend him for any residential or commercial job. Please feel free to contact us for any additio information you might need at 530-205-9104.
When I hired Brain Wallace it was for some touch up paint we need at our business. As we got into the job we found we needed some carpentry work as well. While I thought I was going to need to find a contractor to continue, Brain informed me that he could do the work. While I was a little leery of having a painter do carpentry work he quickly put aside any questions I might have with his quality work. I soon realized he could do far more for us than just paint. We found several jobs we wanted to do that included repairs and painting. Brian accomplished these jobs in a timely manner with quality work all at a reasonable price. I not only would recommend Brian we just hired him again to help us finish our remodel inside our business and will call upon him in the future as well.
Rod and I would like to express our appreciation for the work you recently completed on our house.
Our home, built approximately 40 years ago, had received no exterior maintenance except for some window trim painting we did. Needless to say, the clear heart redwood siding had serious discoloration from weather and mold. We were concerned how the siding would weather the preparation treatment. We are pleased to sag that your team did an excellent job of power washing, stripping, and bleaching the siding — and there was no damage. It is also important to note that they did not waste time. While cordial and congenial, they were focused on the job.
When the time came to apply the oil base stain your application was impeccable and the trim work was perfect, as was the clean-up. We envisioned hours to attend to this but you and your team made sure that everything was picked up and disposed of. As a bonus, the men cleaned the windows which had serious hard water stains.
We thank you for the professionalism, courtesy, and cordiality of your team and the quality work that you and they did. If ever we can provide a recommendation please ask or have a client call us. We look forward to seeing you “same time, next gear” for the second application of the oil base stain.
Hello Brian, this as promised.
Brian Wallace painted our house at 14082 Lake Wildwood Drive in the Fall of 2012 and did a wonderful job for us. He helped us choose the paint, took care of ordering it and getting it and then was punctual in keeping to his promised schedule.
His preparation work was extremely thorough and we think that we have a paint job that will last more than a decade.
He gave us a competitive quote, stuck to it and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Brian to paint our house.
It was a pleasure working with Brian last summer. He painted the entire exterior of our house. He also helped us in making some repairs and picking out the paint colors. Brian was very dependable, did excellent work and his estimate was fair and reasonable for all of the work he did. We highly recommend Wall-Ace Painting.
To who this may concern
Last September my wife and I decided to have our home painted. We proceeded by getting three deferent bids. The first bid came in at $8,000.00, which we knew was too high. The second bid was $5,000.00 and our final bid was $3,463.00 from Brian Wallace. We called two different people who had used Brian and both were eager to praise his work.
Brian’s crew was very professional and we were delighted with the work. They finished our house in four days and Brian came back to make sure that everything was done to our liking.
On December second, during a heavy rain, there was a breach in the NID System and our home was inundated with mud and water. Our carpets and laminate were destroyed and had to be removed and our house was in complete disarray.
We called Brian for help. My wife and I are both in our late 70’s and having our home destroyed was the last thing we needed. Brian recommended Tim Curry, who is a general contractor, to be in charge of the restoration. Both men went out of their way to help us and I can’t express how grateful we are for their help and compassion.
My wife and I are indebted to Brian, not only for his excellent work, but for taking a personal interest in us in a time of need. I am honored to recommend him to anyone.
I write this endorsement on behalf of Brian Wallace. He painted home in Lake
Wildwood in August of last year. I received several bids for the same amount of work and materials and his bid was by far the most affordable. The affordability of his bid, however, did not in any way affect the quality of his work. He was knowledgeable about the paints he used, had a good eye for color, was on time, very neat, he even covered my car when he spray panted my garage, and his work was done with tedious effort. I highly recommend Brian for any painting job. His work is a “class act”!
To whom it may concern:
Brian Wallace, Wallace Painting, was hired to paint the entire interior and exterior of our rental home in Lake Wildwood, Penn Valley. We highly recommend him and his team for your projects. Brian was professional, pleasant and a good communicator— which was critical for me as I was long distance from the property. Brian performed above and beyond the call of duty handling numerous change orders with a positive attitude. All the work was of the highest professional level we’ve experienced in 23 years of homeownership.
We recommend Brian Wallace without reservation.
I just wanted to write to thank you again for the superb job that you and your team did on our house! You really went above and beyond in painting our kitchen cabinets, stairwell, fireplace, and outside trim. Despite the unforeseen problems with existing conditions in the kitchen, you just “made it right”, which I really appreciate! The meticulous prep, sanding, masking and spraying really shows in the final result.
I would recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced, experienced, and extremely high quality paint contractor. My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome and will recommend you to our friends who need painting done.
Brian Wallace did an awesome job painting both the outside and inside of my home! Brian listened to my ideas and brought them to reality. The inside of my home was white on white, now there is color in every room! He added a chair rail, repaired doors and baseboards, handmade shelves, and he even moved furniture (sometimes more than once). Brian makes sure even the smallest of details are done to perfection. In my sewing room, Brian handmade a raised work table for me to cut out patterns! The height of the work table fits me perfectly! My house looks like a new home! If you would like to see the inside and outside of my home, contact Brian Wallace and he will bring you by to see for yourself.
Brain Wallace painted our house in June 2011. He did a wonderful job. He was dependable and very consciences about his work. The job he did was fast, efficient, clean and on schedule. Brian is very dependable, friendly, responsible, clean, tidy and very accommodating. I was a painting contractor for 25 years and definitely would have him on crew. Please feel free to call and talk to us about Brian’s qualifications.
